Our comfortable residence offers attentive, around-the-clock care in a setting designed to feel safe, calm, and familiar. A dedicated caregiver is always on site, providing consistent oversight and serving as a trusted point of contact for residents and families.
Our experienced staff is committed to dignity, respect, and genuine connection, ensuring each resident feels supported and at ease. We provide medication management, including delivery, refills, and administration, along with access to physicians, podiatry services, and therapeutic care as needed. Colonial Park AFC is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where residents can feel at home and well cared for every day.
Weekly Activities at Colonial Park Assisted Living
Residents enjoy a variety of weekly activities designed to engage the mind and body, including movie days twice a week, Saturday bingo, Thursday church services, crafts, and exercise classes.
Personalized Care and Services
At Colonial Park Assisted Living, residents have access to an on-site physician, podiatrist, and a full range of therapy services to ensure individualized, attentive care. Our professional staff is available 24/7, providing support with medication management, personal hygiene, daily needs, and hospice services.

For convenience and confidence, residents can schedule appointments with our on-site hairdresser.
Care Packages and Accommodations
Basic Care Package
Peace of mind with 24-hour professional staff, expert medication administration, home-cooked meals and snacks, daily laundry, health monitoring, personal hygiene assistance, and engaging activities.
Total Care Package
Includes everything in our Basic Care Package plus full support with eating, transferring, toileting, daily needs, and compassionate care for residents receiving hospice services.
Private Rooms
Each private room is comfortably furnished with a bed, dresser, chair, cozy bedding, ample closet space, and DishNetwork TV.
